Sushant Singh Rajput case: Sushant’s family to take Rhea Chakraborty’s filed FIR to Bombay High court

Sushant’s family is going to take Rhea Chakraborty FIR to Bombay High court which was filed by Mumbai Police as SSR family claims it to be false.

Currently Rhea Chakraborty has filed a FIR against Sushant Singh Rajput‘s sister Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh over ‘bogus prescription’. The actress was almost present at Bandra Police station for 3-4 hours. Also she registered an offence against Delhi based Doctor Tarun Kumar and others. The case has been registered under Section of IPC and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Rhea has accused them of ‘fake prescription of Sushant’.

Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh has said in a press conference that this attempt of Rhea Chakraborty is just a mere act to keep Mumbai Police active and if in any case investigations are conducted then they shall take this to High court. Now according to the reports of Times Now, Sushant’s family is likely to move to Bombay High court which is lodged by Mumbai Police.
Yesterday, Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti took her social media to slam the FIR as fake. She tweeted, “Nothing’s gonna break us, definitely not this fake FIR #SSRfamilystandsstrong #UnitedforSSRJustice #WholeIndiaisSSRfamily”

Currently the FIR has been transferred to CBI for future investigation on the matter.
