Narcotics Control Bureau got involved in SSR case after drug angle was discovered. Showik’s WhatsApp chats has revealed that he was in contact with a drug peddler and he used to buy and consume drugs too. On Friday, NCB has arrested Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik Chakraborty and Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda after the allegations on drug abuse.
Earlier today morning NCB had raided Rhea’s house at around 6:30 am. The search team included higher officials of NCB and a female staff and multiple vehicles were also spotted.
NCB Deputy Director, KPS Malhotra who is leading the case told a journalist from NDTV that Showik Chakraborty and Miranda were being searched as ‘procedural’ action. Apparently Showik and Rhea live with there parents at the same. Rhea is also on the radar of NCB and currently she is being interrogated by CBI officials.
