Rhea Chakraborty’s judicial custody extended till 6th October

Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty had applied for a bail at the Bombay High Court. The two are presently in judicial custody after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested them in the drug probe linked to the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.

Rhea Chakraborty was arrested on 8th September by the NCB for alleged procurement of drugs. She was sent to a 14-day judicial custody by a sessions court in Bombay. Her judicial custody was supposed to end today but NDPS has rejected it and has extended her custody till 6th of October, as per the current reports of Aaj Tak news channel.

The reports of several media houses also claim that Rhea Chakraborty’s legal lawyer Satish Manshinde will be applying for her bail on Wednesday.
