After a phenomenal 2023 at the box office, Shah Rukh Khan is generating buzz with his next project, “King,” directed by Sujoy Ghosh. An image purportedly from the film’s set has emerged online, fueling speculation that the superstar is shooting in Spain.
On Saturday, a user on X (formerly Twitter) shared a picture of Shah Rukh, claiming it was from the “King” set. The post stated, “First leak pic from the sets of #KING. SRK is currently shooting in Spain for the film. 🔥”
In the image, Shah Rukh is seen in a deep conversation with several men, donning a sharp blue suit. The backdrop features stunning blue water and mountains, adding to the picturesque setting.
The authenticity of the photo remains unverified, and there has been no official announcement from the film’s makers yet. However, the excitement is palpable among fans.
Interestingly, Shah Rukh left Mumbai last week with his daughter Suhana Khan. On May 30, he was seen at Mumbai’s Kalina airport along with his family and manager Pooja Dadlani, shortly after celebrating his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders’ victory.
Aryan and Suhana arrived at the airport with their mother, Gauri Khan, and the entire team, sparking speculation that they were headed to Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding European cruise party.
Recently, Shah Rukh hinted that he would begin shooting for his next film in July-August. Fans speculated that he is preparing for “King” after spotting the film’s script in a video he shared.
“King” is rumored to feature Shah Rukh as an infamous don, marking his return to a beloved genre. The film will also debut his daughter Suhana Khan on the big screen, following her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s “The Archies” on Netflix India.
