Salman makes first public appearance post firing incident, leaves for Dubai amid tight security

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has stepped out in public for the first time since the recent firing incident outside his Bandra residence, leaving Mumbai amidst tight security. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of last Sunday, saw two bike-borne assailants firing multiple rounds before fleeing the scene. While the investigation is ongoing, two suspects have been apprehended by the authorities.

In videos circulating on the internet, Salman Khan was spotted at the Mumbai airport donning a casual ensemble as he arrived. Accompanied by a robust security detail, including his trusted bodyguard Shera, the actor navigated through the crowds with composure. Despite the tumult, Salman acknowledged the presence of paparazzi with a nod, maintaining his trademark calm demeanor.


Salman Khan’s next destination was revealed as he was captured arriving in Dubai for a launch event. The actor was greeted by enthusiastic well-wishers, who presented him with a flower bouquet. Salman graciously accepted the gesture and even posed for photographs with them, showcasing his unwavering charisma amidst the whirlwind of events.

In response to the unsettling incident, Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar assured enhanced security measures for Salman Khan, reinforcing his protection and increasing surveillance around Galaxy Apartments, the actor’s residence.

Addressing the incident, Salman’s brother Arbaaz Khan had also issued a statement expressing shock and concern over the firing. He emphasized that no official statement had been made by the family to the media and affirmed their cooperation with the authorities in the ongoing investigation. Arbaaz Khan conveyed gratitude for the outpouring of support and trust in the Mumbai police’s commitment to ensuring the safety of the family.

Despite the unnerving incident, Salman Khan continues to focus on his professional commitments. Having last appeared in the blockbuster “Tiger 3,” the superstar is gearing up for his next venture, “Sikandar,” directed by acclaimed filmmaker AR Murugadoss.
