Robert Downey Jr. open to returning as Iron Man in MCU: What fans can expect

In a recent interview with Esquire, Robert Downey Jr. has expressed his openness to reprising his iconic role as Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man, in future Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movies. This announcement has sparked excitement among fans who have been eagerly awaiting the return of one of their favorite superheroes.

Reflecting on his connection to the character, Downey stated, “It’s (Iron Man) too integral a part of my DNA. That role chose me.”

He further added, “Never, ever, bet against Kevin Feige. It’s a losing bet. He will always win,” showcasing his confidence in the leadership of Marvel Studios.

Downey fondly recalled his last gathering with the MCU cast during the filming of Avengers: Infinity War in Atlanta. Despite their hectic schedules, the cast bonded over a celebratory dinner, creating cherished memories.
