When and where to watch Telugu film ‘Meter’ online?

Meter starring Kiran Abbavaram and debutant Athulya Ravi was initially released in theatres on the 7th of April. Unfortunately, the movie didn’t do well at the Box Office and couldn’t wholly reach out to the audience. But after 4 weeks of its release, the movie will now make its digital appearance on the 5th of May. The film will be streaming on Netflix and an announcement regarding the same was made by the OTT platform.

The Telugu language action-comedy drama embarks as Ramesh Kudari’s first film of his career. The film is produced by Clap Entertainment. The story revolves around a fellow named Arjun Kalyan who hates the police department and policemen. His father is an honest police cop and as per his father’s wish, he enrols in the department. From then on, his life takes a tragic turn making him stuck in a mysterious case.

The film has received an IMDB rating of 8.4 out of 10 but according to the reviews the movie had a typical storyline and forced humour. Some even claimed that the movie had a predictable narrative and it missed an element of uncertainty.

Other than the main leads, the movie will also present Dhanush Pawan, Saptagiri, Posani Krishna Murali, Vinay Varma and Keshav Deepak in supporting roles. Three songs have been released for the film titled as Chammak Chammak Pori, Oh baby Jaaripomaake and Meter title song. Meter’s digital release on Netflix can also be helpful for the film as it may increase its viewership that possibly theatre release couldn’t do.
