The Thing, The American Science fiction horror movie, Directed by Matthijs Van Heijningen Jr., is now available on Netflix for streaming.
The movie was first released on October 10, 2011, and received mixed reviews from the audience.
The Thing is the direct prequel to the film of the same name, released back in 1982 by John Carpenter.
The original movie was the adaptation of the 1938 Novel “Who goes there?” by John W. Campbell.
The main plot of the movie revolves around the Group of scientists, working for the Norwegian Antarctic Research Station.
During the winter of 1982, scientists discover a spacecraft and an alien body nearby.
To manage the situation and execute a proper investigation, American Paleontologist, Kate Lloyd is recruited by Dr Sander Halvorson.
But soon they realized that it was already too late.
The movie is all about their encounter with the Parasite alien and their survival.
The Main star cast of the movie includes many talented actors such as Mary Elizabeth as Kate Lloyd, Joel Edgerton as Sam Carter,
Ulrich Thomsen as Dr Sander Holvorson, and Eric Christian Olsen as Adam Finch.
