The sensational movie Pope’s Exorcist made its initial appearance in the theatres on the 6th of April this year. To start with, the movie will now be making its impression on the digital platform by streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The film will be released in four different languages for the audience such as Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and English. It is currently available on Prime Video.

The Pope’s Eroxcist is inspired by the book An Exorcist tells his story and An Exorcist: more stories both written by Father Gabriele Amorth. The film is directed by Julius Avery and casts Russell Crowe, Daniel Zovatto, Alex Essoe and Franco Nero in lead roles. The movie is based on true events that happened to Father Gabriele Amorth and it has also been considered that he performed more than 100,000 exorcisms in his entire lifetime.
Although, the film is only available for foreign users as it will take time for it to arrive on India’s Amazon Prime cloud. The movie received mixed reviews from critics and audiences and it closely depicts the rituals that were being to performed to detach the demon’s possession, haunting the innocent people. This horror film surely will set a different imprint for all the viewers.
