Liv has difficulty. She is an Australian lady who has been pushing herself a little too far in life when she is suddenly confronted with the possibility that her health may not be as good as she had thought. She examines her stressful lifestyle and her unfit body after experiencing a health scare and decides to make some adjustments or at least make an effort.
Liv will interact with and consume the wellness industry in all its Instagram-worthy beauty. She will try out some of the wellness industry’s most radical practises along the way. She aspires to finish a 101-day extreme fast first. She will need to make every effort in order to survive it while she searches for her inner strength.
Her inner voice is in conflict with her inner pessimist and wants to quit; it’s a struggle of wills. But when she enters the world of meditation, deep breathing, and a variety of getaways designed to help her reconnect with herself, she will capture her journey along the way. Even though she may not have wanted the colonoscopies and Balinese healing sessions, her health must have been worth it.
