Vidyut Jammwal is about to make his comeback with his much-anticipated upcoming film, ‘IB 71’.
On Monday, the 42-year-old actor and martial artist took over his Instagram and shared the latest trailer of his upcoming movie with his 7.1 million followers.
As he shared the trailer, the Commando franchise actor captioned “30 agents, 10 days, and 1 top secret mission that was hidden for 50 years! Witness this incredible true story that made us win the 1971 Indo- Pak war. #IB71 trailer out now”.
Apart from Vidyut, the star cast of the movie also includes Anupam Kher, Diwakar Dhyani, Dalip Tahil, Suvrat Joshi, Sahidur Rahaman and Amit Anand Raut.
Talking about the upcoming movie, Director Sankalp Reddy said working on IB 71 turned out to be an “absolute thrill ride” for him. “I was drawn to the film’s intriguing premise and the opportunity to explore the world of undercover operations. With Vidyut Jammwal in the lead, I knew that I had an actor who not only had the physicality to pull off high-octane action scenes but also the depth and nuance to bring his character to life. I can’t wait for audiences to experience the world of ‘IB 71’,”.
The Movie which is all set to hit the theatres on May 12, 2023. The movie is based on the true events in the India- Pakistan war of 1971.
