Satyaprem Ki Katha has had an incredible box office debut. The film, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, was released in theatres on June 29 on the festival of Eid and has been well received by audiences. The film earned Rs 9.25 crore on its first day, according to the producers.

However, the film’s box office will take a hit on Friday (June 30) because it is a working day, but it is projected to rebound on Saturday due to the strong word of mouth.

The film, directed by Sameer Vidwans, is Kartik and Kiara’s second collaboration, the first being Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, a hit and one of the biggest grossing films of 2022.
Kartik pursues Kiara for marriage in the film in order to impress her. The couple marries. Following that, Kiara and Kartik go through a series of trying events together.
Supriya Pathak, Gajraj Rao, Siddharth Randheria, Anooradha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, Nirrmite Saawaant, and Shikha Talsania also appear in the film.
