Bollywood actor Salman Khan brings about good news for all of his fans. The superstar officially announced the making of the film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ on December 19. This making of the films is considered to be one of the finest films of the actors’ career.
At the RRR event in Mumbai, Salman Khan confirmed the new sequel of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ while in the presence of SS Rahamouli, JR NTR, Alia Bhatt, Ram Charan, and Karan Johar. The script has already been written for the sequel by Vijayendra, as revealed by Salman Khan himself.
In between the RRR event, while Salman Khan was talking about how SS Rajmouli’s father gave him one of the best films of his career, he made the surprising reveal regarding the sequel. Responding to the reveal, filmmaker Karan Joar asked the actor,” So can we say, this is the official announcement of the film?” and in return, Salman replied, “Yes, Karan”.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan collected overall 300 crores at the India box office and to date in one of the top 5 grosses of the Bollywood industry.
From the sources of Pinkvilla, it has also been known that the writer KV Vijayendra Prasad had revealed his attempts to try to crack a story for making a sequel to ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan.’ He said, “I am trying to crack Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2. Sometime back, I told Salman Khan the idea and he is also excited. But I am looking for a proper vehicle to carry it forward. I hope it materializes.” Upon being asked whether he discussed the idea, he told, “When I met him casually, I told him about Bajrangi Bhaijaan sequel. He is excited with the thought and said it’s a good idea.”
