Makers of ‘Chehre’ officially announced the release date of the much-awaited Amitabh Bachchan-Emraan Hashmi starrer. A new poster of the film was released recently to kickstart the promotions. However, the netizens could not help but notice how actress Rhea Chakraborty was completely missing from the poster and the announcements.
As we all know Rhea was surrounded by controversies last year 2020 after the demise of late actor and her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress was in the negative limelight for months during the case. There were also reports of several filmmakers dropping her from the projects. There is also speculation that ‘Chehre’ makers are going to cut Rhea’s role from the entire film.
A close concerned friend of the actress says, “Not even in her wildest dream had Rhea anticipated this snub. After all that she had gone through in 2020 she was somehow trying to piece together her life again…only to be rudely awakened to the reality. She is not welcome in Bollywood, it seems.”
Further her friend was asked, how has Rhea taken this blow of not featuring her photo in Chehre poster. She replied, “After what she went through, do you think this snub would shatter her? Not at all. She has fought many hurdles during the last year. She would fight this one too.”
