Ponniyin Selvan 2 will be the sequel to the first part of the movie Ponniyin Selvan:1, Which was directed by Mani Ratnam, and starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karthi, Vikram, Jayaram, Trisha Krishnan, Kamaal Hasan, Prabhu and R. Sarathkumar. Part two of the movie is expected to have a grand release on April 28, 2023.
