Netflix has dropped a trailer with the title Britney vs Spears, a documentary which denotes the pop sensation’s legal battles against her own family. It’s very apparent from the trailer that the documentary will also be covering the origins of the #FreeBriteny movement amid the surge of her fans and society into seeking justice for the artist.
The documentary traces the 13-year-old and counting conservatorship of Britney Spears and brings all the events to light which dig into the details of the occurred events.
The veteran documentarian Erin Lee Carr has helmed the project. The conservatorship was solidified after Britney’s mental health issues and following hospitalisation.
The logline of the documentary says “No more secrets. No more silence.
Though it has not been unveiled if the documentary will stand out from other documentaries like Framing Britney Spears which released this year and talked about the same case. Though the Netflix version claimed to encompass a ‘confidential report’.
Britney has asserted very clearly that she wants the conservatorship to break off.
