Previous reports claimed that Kareena Kapoor Khan and Yash will be sharing a lead role in his next movie, Toxic. The actor unveiled the title of his upcoming movie in December after announcing it last year.
Though not much is known about the project, there are rumours that Kareena will play a major role. If the reports about this movie are accurate, then this will be Kareena’s debut in the South Indian film business. Kareena recently gave a hint that the speculations might be true.
As previously stated, Kareena revealed in a fan interaction that she might be appearing in a big film that is set in the South. As of right now, it’s pan-India, so she’s not sure where the shoot will be held. The actor is excited to inform her fans that this will be her first time attempting something similar, though.

Yash’s 19th movie, Toxic, will be released in theatres in the upcoming months. He revealed the title and a short video that appeared to introduce his persona in December of last year. The video showcases some anti-heroes, including the notorious Joker from DC Comics. Every time these anti-heroes were shot and set ablaze, people also got a better look at Yash’s role in the movie.
Eventually, the actor emerges to the audience; he now has a machine gun, a potbelly, and a vintage hat. He takes out a cigar and drapes the gun over his shoulder. The title, Toxic, then starts to play. The movie’s makers use the slogan “A fairytale for grownups” to promote it.
Before Kareena was involved, Sai Pallavi was apparently chosen for the lead role in the Yash film by KVN Productions, directed by Geethu Mohandas. The gossip mill has also made reference to Raashii Khanna.
Simultaneously, Kareena Kapoor Khan is preparing for the release of Crew, in which she co-stars with Tabu and Kriti Sanon. The actor plays the same role as Singham Returns in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again.
