Farhan Akhtar, on Tuesday, announced the next film of his production house Excel Entertainment. Farhan is coming up with a humorous story of the road trips of girls. Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif are going to be seen together on the big screen. Titled ‘Jee Le Zara’, this film will start next year.
The motion poster of the film was shared by Priyanka, Katrina, Alia and Farhan Akhtar on their respective social media handles on Tuesday. The poster featured Alia, Katrina, and Priyanka’s names along with a car made from a collage of numerous locations in India.
Farhan shared the poster and wrote, “Did someone say road trip? Thrilled to announce my next film as director and what better day than 20 years of Dil Chahta Hai to do it. #JeeLeZaraa with @priyankachopra @katrinakaif @aliaabhatt will commence filming in 2022 and I cannot wait to get this show on the road.”
After ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ which are also films of Excel Entertainment. Now Farhan is going to bring this genre with the girls this time. The film has been written by Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar, and Reema Kagti.
Talking about the three lead actresses of the film, Alia and Katrina Kaif have been very good friends. Whereas, Katrina has also been seen partying with Priyanka Chopra on many occasions. That is, there is a lot of fine-tuning between these actresses even in real life.
Now it has to discover how the chemistry of these three heroines looks on the screen.
While, Alia has a long list of films in her hand starting from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, SS Rajamouli’s RRR, and Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. She is currently beginning work in “Darlings”, with Shefali Shah.
Katrina Kaif has completed Phone Bhoot with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi and is currently working on Tiger 3 with Salman Khan.
Meanwhile, the forthcoming road trip film would mark Priyanka Chopra’s comeback to Bollywood after The Sky Is Pink, in which she was seen with Farhan Akhtar.
