Heart of Stone is set to release on August 11, the same day that Animal, another movie starring Rashmika Mandanna, will visit theatres, according to information Alia revealed about her movie on Instagram.
However, since Alia’s film will be available on the massive streaming service Netflix, there won’t be a box office conflict. Although Gadar 2 starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel would be a stiff competitor for Ranbir’s film Animal. Alia revealed the Netflix schedule for 2023, which includes images from Heart of Stone.
Heart of Stone is a spy-action thriller. The lead role, CIA Agent Rachel Stone, is portrayed by Gal “Wonder Woman” Gadot. Stone is an intelligence agent and the lone woman standing between her powerful, international peacekeeping organisation and the loss of its most important and dangerous asset. Along with Alia, who plays Stone’s understudy Keya Dhawan, the movie also stars Sophie Okonedo from “Hotel Rwanda” and “Criminal Justice” actor Jamie Dornan, who originally gained attention in the movie “Fifty Shades of Gray.”
Animal’s plot is a secret, but actor Ranbir Kapoor’s first appearance in the movie hints it will be an action comedy. Ranbir is depicted in the poster clutching an axe and smoking a cigarette while sporting a bulked-up appearance. The actor has long hair, thick moustache, bruises, and a bloody wound that stands out in the picture. Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, and Tripti Dimri all play significant roles in the movie which is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanda.
