The drama’s Korean title, Sonhae Bogi Silheoseo, translates to “Because I want no loss” in English. In this context, “sonhae” means “loss” or “damage.” The title reflects Shin Min Ah’s character, Son Hae Yong, who is driven by the desire to avoid any losses and seize every opportunity to gain, including staging a fake wedding to secure a promotion.
Interestingly, Son Hae Yong’s name ties directly into the title. “Sonhae” translates to “loss,” while “Yong” means “zero.” So, her name can be interpreted as “No loss” or “Zero loss,” which cleverly aligns with her character’s motivation to avoid financial setbacks and make the most out of every situation.
