SEVENTEEN’s mini album has already broken record before it’s release with 4.64 million pre-order

South Korean boy band SEVENTEEN has set a new record with the announcement of their new album. Earlier SEVENTEEN unveiled the official teaser related to their mini album FML which received appreciation from all over the world. The video stars with a voice-over narration asking, “How do you define the world that surrounds you?.” This short video gives us some glimpse about the concept of SEVENTEEN’s mini album featuring all the members. The scene presents the members in the midst of messy rooms, broken cars, dull offices and packed buses. However, the members soon start to get on their feet and take off, as they are instructed to “Fight for your life.”

The album is all set for release on 24th April. On April 13, SEVENTEEN’s upcoming 10th mini album ‘FML’ has surpassed 4 million pre-orders which surpassed the first week album sales record held by the group with their 4th full album ‘Face The Sun’, at 2,067,769 copies.

And now as per the reports, on April 23, FML has set a new record past their personal record it is now the most pre ordered album in the history of K-pop that has surpassed the record of BTS’s ‘Map of the Soul:7’, which received 4.02 million pre-orders when it was released back in 2020. With a pre-order volume of 4.64 million, over half a million above the previous record held by BTS, SEVENTEEN scores a head start even before the comeback.

SEVENTEEN’s 10th mini album ‘FML’ will be featuring their first ever double title track, “F*ck My Life” and “Super.” The album’FML’ will release on April 24, 6P.M. KST.
