Rowoon of SF9 opens up about his role in upcoming Drama “Tomorrow” and the importance of present

After the Harper Bazaar’s photoshoot, Rowoon talked about his upcoming drama, ‘Tomorrow’ and answered several questions.

Rowoon from SF9 recently posed for Harper’s Bazaar in a photoshoot. His full interview and photoshoot will be released in the March edition of Harper’s Bazaar. After the photoshoot, Rowoon discussed his next MBC drama ‘Tomorrow’ during the interview.

‘Tomorrow’ is based on the same-named webtoon. It recounts the tale of Choi Joon Woong (Rowoon), who gets into a terrible accident. As a consequence, he meets grim reapers Goo Ryun (Kim Hee Sun) and Lim Ryoong Goo (Yoon Ji On), who work together to rescue the lives of individuals who are considering suicide. He ends up joining them being their youngest member in the underworld.

‘Tomorrow’ will premier in March.

Rowoon further talked about his “Tomorrow” character Choi Joon Woong in detail, saying, “Choi Joon Woong is the most ordinary character I have ever played. He is a grim reaper who leads those who want to give up on their lives, but he is not a hero. It is not realistic to save everyone who is experiencing difficulties. Choi Joon Woong’s charm is that he is different from main characters in dramas and movies.”

He was then questioned by interviewers if he thinks tomorrow is important, to which he frankly replied, “In the book ‘The Courage to be Disliked,’ I remember the quote by psychologist [Alfred] Adler. ‘The biggest lie in life is not to live now.’ The present is the only thing I can change because the moment becomes the past and the future is still unknown. So I’m going to focus on the present.”

Kim Seok-woo, better known by his stage name Rowoon, is a South Korean singer, actor and model. He is a member of the K-pop boy band SF9 as a lead vocalist.
