Hyun Bin and Jung Woo Sung may be uniting for a new drama!
Multiple Korean media outlets reported that Hyun Bin and Jung Woo Sung will be coming together to star in new drama ‘Made in Korea’.
While Jung Woo Sung’s appearance in the series has been confirmed by the production agency Hive Media Corp, Hyun Bin’s agency VAST Entertainment revealed that the actor is yet to make the decision, however, he is positively inclined towards the offer.
The show will be capturing the major events that penetrated the turbulent era of Korea in the 1970s. Jung Woo Sung will play the role of Jang Geon Young, a prosecutor with animal-like instincts and tenacity.
The series will be helmed by Woo Min Ho, who is widely known for directing films such as ‘Inside Men’, ‘The Man Standing Next’, and The Drug King’.
Previously, there were reports that Made In Korea will be a spin-off of the film The Drug King, however, it was later squashed by the production agency.
