J-Hope of BTS becomes the first South Korean artist to lead Lollapalooza music festival

Here’s a proud moment for BTS ARMY as their beloved J-Hope aka Jung Ho-seok, is all set to be the headlining artists at the upcoming Lollapalooza music festival. It is  a special moment for the entire K-pop industry as this will be the first time that an artist from South Korea will be leading a music festival.

Breaking the news, J-Hope took to his Instagram account and wrote, “This is going to be my first performance at @lollapalooza It’s a thrilling new challenge that I think will become a really memorable chapter in my musical history! I’m gonna give you guys a great show. Get ready to get crazyyyyy!”

He seems to be extremely excited about the opportunity and has promised his fans to give them a great show. The BTS rapper also tagged it as a ‘thrilling new challenge’.

His companion, Jungkook took to the comment section to hype him up and said, “”J-Hope, let’s gooooooo!”

J-Hope will be seen performing on the closing day of the festival on July 31, along with other great artists like Green Day, The Kid Laroi, Porno For Pyros, Maneskin, Charli XCX and more.

Fans are now eager to see if the rapper will get along other members from his BTS band during his performance at the music festival.
