The addictive dance track was released on Friday (September 15) by the 25-year-old Swedish pop artist and the 55-year-old French DJ, marking their second collaboration following their 2016 single “This One’s for You.”
Zara and her younger sister Hanna are featured in the film, which begins with home footage of the two from their youth. In the following frames, Zara and Hanna are shown partying and having fun together in lovely outside scenery.
The summery song and video pay homage to the enduring link between loved ones.
“‘On My Love’ is about the relationships you have in your life that mean so much to you that you would put everything on them. Whether that’s a platonic relationship, something with a family member, a lover, a friendship or whatever it is – we all need someone that just brings you pure joy, because that’s what life is all about,” Zara said in a statement about the song.
