So Help Me Todd creator and cast members react to series cancellation by CBS

The cast and creator of So Help Me Todd has reacted to the news of the series being cancelled at the CBS after running for two seasons.

The creator, Scott Prendergast, took to Instagram to share a message on Friday expressing a heartful thank you to the network for what has been his best professional experience of life. “I took a story about me and my Mom and hundreds of people came together to build it into something else, something huge, something beautiful, something funny.”


Series co- star Inga Schlingmann reacted with a heart emoji by sharing the post by the creator on her Instagram Story.

“It was such an honor to work with this hardworking and loving crew, our incredibly talented writers, visionary directors, dedicated background performers, and my wonderful co-stars,” wrote Tristen J. Winger on his Instagram Story reminding fans that there are still four more episodes of the series left.

The show also featured Madeline Wise, Winger, Schlingmann, and Rosa Arredondo. It credited Prendergast, Elizabeth Klaviter as showrunners and Dr. Phil McGraw, Jay McGraw, Julia Eisenman, and Stuart Gillard served as executive producers. The series was backed by CBS Studios.
