Scarlett Johansson in talks to lead the next Jurassic World movie: reports

Scarlett Johansson is reportedly gearing up for a dinosaur thrill.

The actress is in talks to lead the next Jurassic World movie, as per the reports by Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter.


However, there has been no official statement of confirmation regarding the reports.

The movie is being helmed by Gareth Edwards, and is slated to released in July, 2025. The director is known for movies such as Godzilla, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and The Creator.

The new Jurassic movie will be written by David Koepp, who has earlier penned the screenplay for original 1993 Steven Spielberg film, which was based on Michael Crichton’s novel, and the 1997 sequel, The Lost World: Jurassic Park.
