We have some good news for the fans of Outer Range as the series will be returning with its second installment earlier than expected.
Star and the executive producer of the show, Josh Brolin, hinted in a recent interview with Collider that the season 2 of fantasy thriller will be releasing on Prime Video.
The season one debuted from Prime Video in April 2022 and followed Brolin as Royal Abbott, who while fighting for his land and family, discovers an unfathomable mystery at the edge of Wyoming’s wilderness.
“A thrilling fable with hints of wry humor and supernatural mystery, ‘Outer Range’ examines how we grapple with the unknown,” says Prime about the series.

When will Outer Range season 2 release?
As Brolin revealed to Collider, the season 2 is expected to be released in May of this year. However, the confirmation regarding the release date has not been received by Prime Video.
What to expect from Outer Ranger season 2?
Although the season one ended on a cliffhanger, Brolin told Collider that the upcoming season won’t just be focusing on that.
He also mentioned that character development is to be expected and the audience are entitled to some answers to the sci-fi mysteries. The actor also shared that he has also directed one of the episodes of season 2.
