No Good Deed: Kevin Alves of Yellowjackets have joined Netflix comedy as recurring

Kevin Alves of Yellowjackets has secured a recurring role on Netflix’s series No Good Deed from creator Liz Feldman, known for Dead to Me, as per the reports by Deadline.

The actor has been roped in to play the role of Nate, who is a strait laced, hard edged son of Mikey, played by Denis Leary, with whom he has a turbulent relationship. As per the previous reports, the eight episode comedy series will be lead by Lisa Kudrow and Ray Romano, and it also includes Linda Cardellini, Abbi Jacobson, Denis, Luke Wilson, Poppy Liu, and O-T Fagbenle.


No Good Deeds is a half-hour dark comedy series, which chronicles around three very different families are on this quest to buy the same 1920s Spanish style mansion, which they all believe will solve their problems. However, upon the sellers learning this, sometime the home of your dreams can be a total nightmare.

The creator Liz also serves as showrunner and executive producer alongside Will Ferrell and Jessica Elbaum for Gloria Sanchez Productions, Christie Smith, and Silver Tree, who will also be directing the plot and additional episodes. Russell Scott and Sherry Thomas have been bestowed upon with the responsibilities for casting.
