Blac Chyna is accusing Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of acting “undeniably hostile and severely biassed” towards her and her attorney Lynne Ciani after losing her trial against the Kardashian-Jenner family. According to records obtained by TMZ via Page Six, Chyna stated that she believes Judge Alarcon’s bias influenced the trial’s conclusion, which was against her.
According to the report, Chyna’s instructions to the jurors before they found against her were motivated by his prejudiced ideas. During the trial, the judge expelled Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni from the courtroom for threatening defendant Kris Jenner, and subsequently Toni appeared to threaten even the judge, though she later claimed that her statements were directed at Kris rather than Alarcon. In response, the Kardashian family’s lawyer attacked Blac Chyna’s most recent filing, calling it a “baseless effort to save face after losing at trial.”
The representative went on to say that while Chyna may be disappointed with the decision, “their effort to make a scapegoat of Judge Alarcon is frivolous, dishonest, and deserving of sanctions,” Her counsel had never raised such an issue before and had only recently come out with the statement, according to the lawyer “after the jury found against her client.”
For those who are unaware, Blac Chyna sued Kris, Kim, Khloé, and Kylie for USD 40 million in damages and USD 60 million in future earnings, accusing them of attempting to tarnish her career and prevent her from pursuing future economic endeavours. She also claimed that the family allegedly “conspired” to cancel the second season of her reality show, Rob & Chyna.
