Hadid admitted that she enjoys telling herself encouraging words to get her day started. Nonetheless, it might be challenging to really use them, particularly when “the only thing” on her mind is fear.

Working towards her self-love-centered objectives, she remarked, “What I wanted to show you was how stupid I feel sometimes, when I’m laying here, and I don’t believe it.”

Though, Hadid proceeded to tell herself optimistic phrases: “We’re gonna have an amazing day today, Bella,” and “You’re not going to let your anxiety overrule you today, Bella.” She also assured herself that “not everybody hates” her and that she’s loved.

Another one of her mantras: “I’m the luckiest girl in the world and I’m so grateful for all that the universe gives me.”

The runway pro, who is also the co-founder of the beverage company Kin Euphorics, stated that even though she struggles with anxiety and “just being a human being” 99 percent of the time, she found it “worth it” when she was able to push over her worries.

She spoke the last sentence in a sing-song accent, “When I’m working so hard, my accomplishments make me feel better, which is really bad. She tries to reassure herself in various ways as a result. She stated at the end of the video, “Kisses. I feel a little better. I’m going to make some mud water and then journal.”
