Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested Saturday morning in La Quinta, California, under the accusation of DUI.
As per the ET reports, citing the arrest records from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, the actor was booked into the John Benoit Detention Centre early Saturday morning on charges of felony DUI with at least three priors and misdemeanor contempt of court. The news were first reported by TMZ.
As per the outlet, the officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, which was allegedly being driven by Bryan, just after 2 a.m. after seeing the car, which they believed to have been involved in a collision earlier.
After speaking with the driver, cops told TMZ that the actor allegedly “showed signs of impairment” that led him to being taken away in handcuffs. It is yet unclear whether field sobriety or breathalyzer test was taken.
