An unidentified man broke inside the home of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl actor Johnny Depp in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California. Local cops got a call from a neighbor who spotted a homeless man hanging out in the backyard near the pool.
It has been reported that a man had made his way into the actor’s house and was taking a shower in one of the bathrooms. When the police arrived, he refused to come out so the cops kicked down the door. Before going in for the shower, he made himself a drink from Johnny Depp’s in-house bar.
The incident occurred Thursday, with a neighbor initially calling police and claiming to have spotted the man in his own backyard, TMZ reported Sunday.
The perpetrator was caught after a neighbour spotted an unidentified man hanging out in their backyard, near the pool. The local police were alerted about the unidentified man who hoped a gate when he was asked that what was he doing there.
When the cops reached Johnny Depp’s mansion, the trespasser was caught taking a shower and refused to open the door until he was forced to get out of the house. According to TMZ, the intruder also made a drink for himself from the actor’s collection of liquor.
Depp previously made headlines last week when his legal team began the process of appealing a British court’s ruling in last year’s libel case against British tabloid The Sun, which described him as a “wife beater” in an article.
Depp has denied the allegations, and asserted last summer during a three-week trial that his ex-wife Amber Heard was the aggressor in their relationship.
