
Triptii Dimri garnered significant amount of popularity after the release of Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal, which featured her in quite a bold avatar. The actress was shot to overnight fame and was followed by her appearance in commercial mainstream movies like Bad Newz, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and Vicky Vidya Ka Voh Wala Video. During her recent interview, the actress revealed that she remained undeterred by the judgement passed onto her for her choices and ‘overly sexualized’ image.
In an interaction with Forbes India, Triptii was questioned about her over sexualized image post Animal, for which she did not only receive massive love but also backlash. The actress said that if she likes a character or a story, she is determined onto giving it her hundred percent. She explained that she believes in putting her best irrespective of whether it worked or not.
“There will be some people who like you and some who don’t. You can’t keep all that noise in mind,” said Triptii. She continued that one has to follow their heart and keep doing things that feels right at the moment.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Triptii is currently busy shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj’s Arjun Ustara with Shahid Kapoor. The film shall also feature Randeep Hooda and Nana Patekar in pivotal roles.
