Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the very poplular sitcoms in Indian Television Industry directed by Malav Rajda. The show aired in 2008 and still continues to entertain many people around the globe.
Recently, a fan commented on Malav’s post asking to bring new DayaBen in the show. “Plz new daya ko lay aawo sir…itna wait ke ke bhi koi fayda hoga kay aap hi socho…bichare fans kabse wait kr rahe h daya ke liye.” To this Malav reacted in the most sarcastic yet humours way possible. He wrote, “Mein zyada bolunga toh naya director le aayenge…it’s not in my hands at all. I just direct the show….can’t take decision regarding actors n lot of other things but jo hota hai ache ke liye hota hai.”
Disha Vakani who played the iconic character of DayaBen in the show went into maternity break in 2017. Disha had given birth to a beautiful girl in 2018 but still haven’t returned to the show. Since then fans have been wishing to see her back in the show but now they are even after for a replacement.
Many people who used to watch the show on regular basis are saying that the show has lost its plot and now it has become boring. The show also slipped from the TRP chart as many new shows aired after lockdown.
