Taapsee Pannu has been routinely sharpening her cricket abilities for her upcoming film based on the life of India women’s ODI cricket group captain Mithali Raj. Nowadays she took to her social media handles to report that nothing can come between her preparing, not indeed the lockdown as she proceeds to create most of the open grounds whereas exercise centers stay closed owing to the rising cases of COVID-19.
Sharing a couple of pictures of her back facing the camera while practicing in the nets, she wrote, “Training during lockdown …. when open ground replaces gym. No excuses 🙂 #ShabaashMithu #WIP”
Talking around the film, the ‘Thappad’ performing artist once shared with Bombay Times, “It was as of now overwhelming to play her(Mithali) on the enormous screen, and presently, the stakes are indeed higher. She holds a record for her 50s. And presently, she has outperformed the 10,000-run stamp. She is one of the foremost experienced women cricketers we have right now. There’s a part of weight to play her on-screen. It was as of now at its greatest when she accomplished this tall tally.”
