Sushant Singh Rajput breathed his last on 14th June, ’20. The actor committed suicide in his Mumbai’s rented apartment by hanging from the ceiling fan. Sushant was reported to be undergoing medial treatment for depression but he had stopped taking his medications because of which his condition deteriorated.
Sushant’s last rites took place yesterday which was attended by his family who had flown down from Patna to Mumbai. His dad was distraught and everyone is in a state of shock. His fans have poured several condolence messages on Twitter and have also pointed fingers at the prevailing nepotism in Bollywood due to which allegedly Sushant was forced to take the extreme step.
And the latest we have about this is Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister-in-law Sudha was absolutely shattered to learn about his death and had stopped eating. She was so devastated that while his funeral was being conducted in Mumbai’s Vile Parle crematorium, she breathed her last in Purnea, Bihar.
Bollywood actors Kriti Sanon, Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor Varun Sharma were the few to attend Sushant’s funeral. The ashes of the actor have been reportedly taken to Patna to be flown in the Ganges.
