During the 90s, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were often considered the IT couple. The two first met on the sets of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and the rest is history. Nevertheless, it did not turn to be well for the two in future. When Aish and Salman started dating, the actor was allegedly in a relationship with Somy Ali. In fact, Salman and Somy were in a live-in relationship.
In an interview with Times Now, Somy has now come clean about Salman and Aishwarya, who had started dating and that led to the breakup of her with Salman. She recalled calling on the sets of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Hence, she informed the portal that Salman was unable to pick the call as the shooting was in progress. She then called director Sanjay Leela Bhansali who informed her that Salman cannot talk to her right now because he is taking a shot. It is then Somy posed a question to him, ‘if he in a shot, why aren’t you directing it?’ The situation had him backed to a corner and he had no response.
Somy added that Aishwarya started coming to Salman’s gym when they were together. Somy and Salman were residing in the ground floor of Galaxy, which also have a gym. When asked if Salman and Aish fell in love while working at the gym? Somy replied that they both fell in love while shooting this film Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.
