Pratik Sehajpal plays a character in ‘Aakhri Sach’ who is much in love with Anya, the tenacious investigative officer played by Tamannaah Bhatia.
Pratik’s character emerges as a surprise aspect, smoothly merging with Anya’s background, as the plot unfolds around a baffling case that sent shockwaves through society.
Sehajpal, who last appeared in a TV show ‘Naagin 6’, expressed his excitement about the opportunity.
Talking to IANS, He revealed, “Being part of ‘Aakhri Sach’ was a thrilling challenge that I eagerly embraced. Even though it was for a short time, being on set with the beautiful and talented actor Tamannaah Bhatia was truly inspirational for me.”
The true-crime series offers viewers a deep study of a single night marked by many tragedies.
With an ensemble cast that includes Tamannaah, Abhishek Banerjee, Shivin Narang, Danish Iqbal, Nishu Dikshit, Kriti Vij, and Sanjeev Chopra, ‘Aakhri Sach’ is directed by Robbie Grewal and written by Saurav Dey.
‘Aakhri Sach’ will be available on Disney Plus Hotstar from August 25.
