Tollywood actress, Samantha Akkineni’s best friend Shilpa Reddy tested positive for COVID-19 recently. Shilpa has now fully recovered and takes it to social media to share her experience with the world.
Actress Samantha Akkineni’s social media is filled with pictures of the two and everyone following the actress is well aware of her friendship. Shilpa is a designer, model, and beauty pageant winner.
Shockingly, Shilpa who is a fitness enthusiast was tested positive for COVID19 and took to her social media to share her story after completely recovering from the virus. She shared a list of dos and don’ts followed by precautions to be taken, in order to spread awareness and help fans out there.
In the video, Shilpa can be seen sitting in her fitness outfit and narrating the whole incident on camera. She mentioned that a family friend visited them last month. Five days later, the relative reached his home, he was tested positive with COVID19. Shilpa then disclosed how she and her husband underwent testing and soon got to know that they were positive of COVID19. They immediately quarantined themselves, the shocking part was that they did not show any symptoms what-so-ever. She ends the video by discussing how she overcame the virus by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and urges the people to work on their own immunity.
While posting the video, Samantha Akkineni’s bestie titled it, “COVID – INFO and PRECAUTIONS.” In her caption, she revealed that her daily routine was to keep the body prepared and increase immunity, she was also taking on the probiotic capsule. Reddy emphasised on everybody to get some sunlight and keep themselves hydrated with warm or room temperature water mixed with some mint leaves or Tulsi with a pinch of turmeric and spend over 10 minutes for breathing exercises.
