Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt brought the nation great pride when she recently represented India at the star-studded Gucci Cruise 2024 event in Seoul, South Korea. The actress made sure that she represented her nation at a major international event after being named the first Indian global ambassador of the upscale clothing line.
Alia attracted attention by donning a stylish black dress with cut holes and a Korean cosmetics style. She took pictures during the event with some of the greatest stars, including South Korean singer IU, Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri, actress Dakota Johnson, and Blake Lee.
A few sharp-eyed internet users, however, noticed that the actress had modified her images before sharing them on social media.
Alia published a collection of images from her trip to Seoul in which she is seen standing in a cut-out Gucci suit holding an empty, transparent purse.
A day before the actress herself tweeted it, a photograph of Alia alongside IU, Dakota Johnson, and others was also included in those images. As a result, as soon as Alia published the photo, internet users discovered that it had been heavily edited and airbrushed in several locations.

“Check the changes in the face, arm shape and legs – the bench line is curved near her leg which is a clear indication of photoshop,” a Reddit post read, which also had Alia’s picture from both the photos side by side.
Netizens pointed out that the actress had airbrushed her face to make it appear flawless. Not just that, but they claimed she also slimmed down her arms and got her legs toned using photoshop.
“So much for the body confidence posts she posted after pregnancy only to heavily photoshop every single picture,” a user wrote.
Raha, a baby girl, was born to Alia and her actor-husband Ranbir Kapoor in November 2022. Alia recently said that she did not lose her post-pregnancy weight “unnaturally” despite the fact that she has been quite busy with her responsibilities as a new mother and a variety of professional engagements. She said that she never criticised herself after giving birth to Raha and that she was “proud” of what her body had accomplished when she gave birth to her daughter.
“Many people have the misconception that people who work in the visual medium alter their bodies in an abnormal way to get back in shape after giving birth. I thought it was crucial to record some of my fitness journey for that reason,” she had previously stated.
