Kareena Kapoor Khan began her acting career in 2000 with JP Dutta’s Refugee and went up to become one of the most successful female stars of Hindi cinema. Right from early, the actress is known for pushing her boundaries by taking some really versatile roles. Now, in her 25th year in the industry, Bebo has signed what is being touted as one of the biggest feature films in Indian cinema.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, Kareena has been approached with numerous pan-India films over the last nine months. She has now signed up for a project that would go on to become one of the biggest films in the next two years. It’s a role she has never done before, and the director is one of the most celebrated and bankable names in Indian cinema. She gave an immediate nod to the film and is thrilled to take on a new challenge in her 25th year, shares a source close to the development.
The actress has apparently been so captured by the world that the director had created that she refused to say no. “Usually, she takes her time before agreeing to a film, but this one was an instant yes after the narration. She was blown away by the vision of the director and is excited to explore new dynamics with this character,” added the source.
The film will go into production in January 2025.
