Kangana Ranaut appeals to Central Government for Twitter abolition, supports sister after account suspension

Yesterday, Kangana Ranaut’s sister and spokesperson Rangoli Chandel’s Twitter account was suspended after Farah Ali Khan and Reema Kagti and some other Bollywood celebrities reported her account.

This clearly didn’t go down well with either Rangoli or Kangana. While Rangoli promised never to return to the social media platform ever, today, Kangana’s social media team posted a video of the Padmashree awardee wherein she is seen appealing to the central government for the complete abolition of Twitter.

In the video, she is heard negating what the others said and reiterated, Rangoli specifically said, whoever are attacking the doctors and the policemen should be shot dead. She further went on to say Farah Ali Khan who is Sussane’s sister and Reema Kagti who is an established filmmaker has falsely claimed Rangoli has spoken about Muslim genocide. She also made it very clear, if anyone would find anything pertaining to Muslim genocide, she and her sister would apologise to everyone.

She further went on to say Twitter is filling it’s coffers at India’s expense and therefore, she appealed to the central government to abolish Twitter, “We have to find a way to completely demolish these platforms and start our own platforms.

She further went on to speak about the Zaira Wasim and Babita Phogat social media war, where she clearly sided Babita saying everyone who speaks of nationalism and things about national interest is criticised and urged the central government to provide some sort of help and cover to Babita because if she is assailed, no one will ever speak of nationalism again.

Take a look:

The actress has always been forthright with her opinions. Just the day before as her sister Rangoli’s Twitter account was suspended following the complaints by Farah Ali Khan and Reema Kagti after alleged hate comments on the social media platform.
