The 26-year-old singer has often been vocal about how stardom affected his life. He also spoke about the way he made some bad decisions along the way. YouTube Originals documentary Justin Bieber: Next Chapter is about the experiences and suicidal thoughts in the past.

According to SpotboyE, Justin Bieber opened up about the dark times in his life, and said, “There was times where I was really, really suicidal. Like, man is this pain ever going to go away? It was so consistent, the pain was so consistent.” The documentary released on Friday. Justin further said, “I was just suffering, right? So, I’m just like, man, I would rather not feel this than feel this.”

Overwhelming confidence can help you have a positive outlook towards a lot of things. Justin stated that his faith gave him the overwhelming confidence to recover from such a situation. He also urged other people to seek help if they needed help or wished to open up about certain things, or felt lonely. He added that he could have avoided a lot of pain.

The singer took to his Twitter account and posted an update for his fans about his mental health and how the last 8 months have been happy and healthy. He tweeted, “The last 8 months have been a time for growth. Happy and healthy.”
