It won’t be an understatement to label Rashmika as one of the top female actors of Indian cinema, noting her work in blockbusters such as ‘Geetha Govindam’, ‘Chamak’, ‘Pushpa’ franchise, and ‘Animal’.

During a conversation with IANS, the actress was asked what she considers before picking films, to which she said, “I think if you start thinking that way, you know, then life just becomes too hard. Firstly, I don’t take my life too seriously. I just feel like there’s one divine power guiding me, right? And I honestly just go with the flow.”

The actress, who has been crowned as National Crush, storytelling is something that matters. She explained that she does not bother much about the character she is playing. She can be playing the role of mother or a grandmother, but she wants to be a part of the storytelling.

Rashmika is currently starring opposite Vicky Kaushal, in Chhava, which released today. She also has Sikandar with Salman Khan, releasing on Eid 2025.
