Gauri Khan is in a legal trouble as an FIR was registered against Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri khan in Lucknow , Uttar Pradesh. The case against Gauri has been registered under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The case was filed by Jaswant Shah, he alleged that the company Gauri Khan was Ambassador of failed to give possession of a flat despite charging Rs 86 lakh. The apartment was purchased from Tulsiani Construction and Developers Group, whose brand ambassador was Gauri Khan at the time. The complaint alleged that the flat located in Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area was given to someone else by the company. Jaswant Singh said he bought the flat because he was influenced by Gauri khan, as she spoke about the flat in one of her advertisements.
The complaint was also filed against Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited CMD Anil Kumar Tulsiyani and its director Mahesh Tulsiyani.
The FIR comes at a time when Gauri Khan’s husband, Shah Rukh Khan’s blockbuster “Pathaan” has been breaking box office records and is said to have crossed the Rs 1000 crore-mark worldwide.

She’s considered among one of the best interior designers in Bollywood and has decorated the houses of many celebrities like Sidharth Malhotra, Farah Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez, among others. Recently, Gauri Khan paid a visit to SRK’s manager Pooja Dadlani’s newly-renovated house in Mumbai as it was Khan herself who decorated the interiors of the house.
