Esha Deol shares a sweet post to mark her parents’ wedding anniversary – Take a look

Veteran actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini, one of Bollywood’s most beloved couples, are celebrating their 44th wedding anniversary today.

Esha wished her parents a happy anniversary by posting a cute photo of Dharmendra and Hema Malini.

Hema Malini is seen putting her head against Dharmendra’s shoulder in the photo. The Dream Girl of Bollywood looks stunning in a floral design. Dharmendra, on the other hand, looks handsome in his green shirt.

“Happy anniversary to my papa and mamma.” She captioned the image, “I adore you, I love you, and I just want to hug you,” she added.

Dharmendra and Hema Malini got married in 1980 and have two children, Esha and Ahana Deol.

Hema is the legendary actor’s second wife. Dharmendra has two sons, Sunny and Bobby Deol, and two daughters with his first wife, Prakash Kaur.

Dharmendra and Hema Malini first met in 1970, while filming Tum Haseen Main Jawan. The two played the film’s lead roles. Despite Dharmendra’s marital status and four children, the two grew in love over time. However, the couple finally married in 1980.

Meanwhile, Dharmendra was most recently seen in Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s film ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’. He will next appear in Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Ikkis’.

Hema Malini is quite engaged with her political career during the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. The BJP candidate is running for re-election in Mathura, the constituency she has represented since 2014. In the Mathura constituency, she faces off against Mukesh Dhangar of the Congress.

Recently, Esha and her sister Ahana were seen advocating for their mother in Mathura. Esha complimented the efforts to develop and preserve Mathura and Vrindavan in an interview with ANI.

“There’s so much to say about Mathura, I’m coming here after some time, and there’s been so much development. It feels so good here. And the special thing is that along with development, you all have taken care of Vrindavan’s alleys, its heritage, you’ve preserved it well,” Isha said.
