Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma are headed for a divorce and the Bombay High Court has now ordered to speed up the proceedings by waiving off the mandatory six-month cooling period so that the final hearing of divorce could take place before IPL, which begins on March 23.

Post Yuzi, now Dhanashree has been snapped arriving at Bandra Family Court. As she makes her way to the court, she was rigorously followed by reporters to which she loses her cool. Under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, a six month cooling off period is mandatory before granting a divorce decree. The period was waived off mainly because the couple were already living separately for more than two years and are getting divorced through mutual consent. It has also been claimed that the waiver would help the cricketer to complete divorce formalities before his IPL commitment.
