Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife Dhanashree Verma has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. The couple is trending on the internet since Saturday for their alleged divorce. While Yuzvendra had dropped cryptic posts on his Instagram handle, Dhanashree had remained silent, until now.
The dentist and YouTuber recently took to her Instagram to break silence over the several reports in media claiming her divorce from Indian cricketer. She wrote, “The past few days have been incredibly tough for my family and me. What’s truly upsetting is the baseless writing, devoid of fact-checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate.”
The lengthy note also mentioned that she has worked hard over the years to build her integrity, and nobody should take her silence as her weakness, but it is rather a strength. She added, “I choose to focus on my truth and move forward, holding onto my values. The truth stands tall without the need for justification.”
It must be noted that Dhanashree has not directly addressed the divorce, but indirectly reacted to the trolls and recent reports in the media.
Neither her nor Yuzvendra have commented over the reports.
