KA Enterprises LLP, the investment firm owned by Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and her father Prakash Padukone, has made a notable real estate purchase, acquiring a luxury apartment in Bandra West for ₹17.78 crore. The apartment, located in the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society near Bandstand, spans approximately 1,846 square feet and includes a designated parking space. The transaction, completed in September 2024, incurred a stamp duty of ₹1.07 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
In a related transaction, Anju Bhavnani, Deepika’s mother-in-law and mother of actor Ranveer Singh, purchased the adjacent apartment for ₹19.13 crore. The property, with a carpet area of 1,822 square feet, also includes one parking space. Anju Bhavnani’s apartment was leased to her daughter Ritika Bhavnani and husband Jugjeet Singh Bhavnani on the day of the purchase, with a monthly rent of ₹8.20 lakh for the first 33 months, rising to ₹9.43 lakh for the remaining tenure.
The property acquisitions come as part of a trend of high-profile real estate deals in Bandra West, with other Bollywood figures like Aamir Khan, Tripti Dimri, and K.L. Rahul also making significant purchases in the area recently.
